Jese’s journey started far from the gym floor working as a bathroom tiler, grinding through long days in a job that left him drained. But the gym was always his outlet. From football as a kid to lifting in his teens, training was where he felt alive.
Helping mates with their programs turned into real results, word spread, and Shields Fit was born.
Now Jese brings structure, discipline, and high-performance programming to clients who want more than guesswork. His coaching is direct, supportive, and built to keep you progressing no matter your starting point.

Female Lifestyle Coach
Yaz’s training journey began in the world of competitive bodybuilding, where she developed the discipline, structure, and resilience required to transform both body and mindset. Years of competing taught her what it takes to push limits, but also the importance of building a sustainable approach to health and performance.
Today, her focus has evolved beyond the stage. Now training for an Ironman, Yaz blends strength, endurance and lifestyle-based coaching to help women feel strong, energised and in control of their health without restrictive dieting or extremes.
Her coaching approach combines evidence-based training with practical strategies designed for real life - helping women build confidence, balance their hormones and create results they can actually maintain.

Luka has always been passionate about sport and movement, growing up playing AFL, netball, and water polo. After injuries forced her to step away from competitive sport, she discovered strength training which quickly became a new passion and eventually led her into competitive bodybuilding.
Along the way Luka also experienced her fair share of unhealthy eating habits and the pressures that can come with body image and performance. Through this journey she developed a deeper understanding of how important balance, education, and a healthy relationship with food and training truly are.
Over time she discovered that strength training offered far more than physical results. It became a powerful tool for building confidence, discipline, and resilience both inside and outside the gym.
Through years of personal growth and consistent training, Luka developed a coaching style focused on helping women build strong bodies while also developing the mindset and habits required for long term success. Her coaching takes a personalised approach, understanding that every client’s lifestyle, goals, and challenges are different.
Her mission is to show women how valuable strength training can be, not only for physical transformation but for building confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of self.
